We Create Your Wig
Usually 4-6 weeks of production. After the agreed first payment, reference images, and head measurements are confirmed, your production period starts. Progress photos can be shared through WhatsApp.
Final Check & Shipping
After you approve the finished-wig photos and all outstanding amounts, including any separate shipping charge, are paid, we arrange packing and carrier collection. We confirm the dispatch schedule for your order and send tracking details after shipment.
ORDER FLOW
What happens after the quote is confirmed.
- Production usually takes an estimated 4-6 weeks, depending on design complexity, the order queue, and material availability. We confirm your specific production schedule before payment; your written quote takes precedence.
- US$300 or less normally requires full payment; above US$300, the default first payment is 50% unless the written quote states otherwise.
- The deposit is refundable before production begins, subject to the final refund policy.
- After the agreed first payment, reference images, and head measurements are confirmed, your production period starts. Progress photos can be shared through WhatsApp.
- After final photos are approved, the remaining balance is paid before shipment.
- After you approve the finished-wig photos and all outstanding amounts, including any separate shipping charge, are paid, we arrange packing and carrier collection. We confirm the dispatch schedule for your order and send tracking details after shipment. Transit estimates depend on the shipping origin, destination, and selected carrier service. We confirm the available route and estimate individually. Customs clearance and carrier delays may affect arrival; an event-date request is not a delivery guarantee.
