Refund Policy
Before production
Contact us on WhatsApp with your request or quote number to cancel. A deposit is refundable if you cancel before production begins. Please confirm that we received your cancellation. Sending an inquiry or accepting a quote does not itself charge you.
After production begins
Contact us promptly about changes or cancellation. We review work and materials already committed and explain the proposed resolution in writing. Production-stage cancellation conditions must be disclosed and agreed before payment; this page does not impose automatic forfeiture of a deposit. Refunds due are arranged through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.
Delays and problems
If we cannot meet the agreed shipment date, we will notify you and offer a revised date for your agreement or cancellation with a refund for unshipped merchandise as required by applicable law. For damage, an incorrect item or work not matching the agreed specification, send photos and order details so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Contact us before returning an item to confirm the address and shipping arrangements. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or the payment provider's dispute process.
