Production & Shipping

Usually 4-6 weeks of production

Production usually takes an estimated 4-6 weeks, depending on design complexity, the order queue, and material availability. We confirm your specific production schedule before payment; your written quote takes precedence.

The production period starts only after the agreed first payment has been received and your reference images and head measurements have been confirmed. It does not include packing, dispatch, or transit time.

Transit time is separate

Transit estimates depend on the shipping origin, destination, and selected carrier service. We confirm the available route and estimate individually. Customs clearance and carrier delays may affect arrival; an event-date request is not a delivery guarantee.

Shipping quoted individually

International shipping is normally charged separately, based on destination, package dimensions and weight, and carrier service. Before your first payment, the written quote states whether shipping is included or will be quoted later. Any separate shipping charge must be confirmed and paid before dispatch; it is not free shipping.

From final photos to dispatch

After you approve the finished-wig photos and all outstanding amounts, including any separate shipping charge, are paid, we arrange packing and carrier collection. We confirm the dispatch schedule for your order and send tracking details after shipment.

Event dates & rush requests

Send your event date before paying. We review both production and transit time and confirm whether a rush order is feasible, with any extra charge agreed in advance. Rush availability and delivery by a particular date are not assumed.
